My speech was on Valerie Adams I did my speech on Valerie Adams because I believe that she shows excellence.
Valerie Adams shows excellence. She never gives up and she always is a good sport in all of her matches.
I was most proud of my pace and my volume was pretty good.
 I felt really confident when I said my speech.

Cross country

We had to do cross country on Friday 29th August and we had to run 2000 meters and we had to run in age groups. I had to run in the 10 year old girls group. The hardest thing that was hard for me was going up the hills. It was easy going down the hills but I might fall down. Victoria and I crossed the line at the same time. I was most proud of was that I just kept going and that when I stopped I just walked for like about 1 minute and I  ran for like 5 more minutes. It was lots of fun running up and down the hills but it was tiring and I felt like I was gonna faint. But I enjoyed watching all the people running.
